About Us
Umatilla Municipal Airport
Located just east of downtown, Umatilla Municipal Airport (X23) is a public-use general aviation facility owned and operated by the City of Umatilla, Florida. The airport features a 2,876-foot paved runway (01/19) and serves as a convenient, pilot-friendly gateway to Central Florida, popular theme parks, and the Ocala National Forest.
Supporting recreational flying, flight training, business travel, and emergency operations, Umatilla Municipal Airport is dedicated to safety, efficiency, and community service. With its small-town charm, open airspace, and welcoming atmosphere, X23 offers a first-class experience for pilots and visitors alike.
